How to Register for classes:

Step 1. Fill out our online registration form or download and print a hard copy. Be sure to read our club policies.

Step 2. Pay online by e-transfer or mail a post-dated cheque to the club to complete the registration process.

For Team gymnasts, arrangements can be made to pay on a date other than the 1st of the month.  Please fill out this form and email to the club.

(all waivers must be printed, signed and submitted PRIOR to the first class):

Submit prior to Sept 9 Team class 2020-21 (Registration and online class waiver)

Submit prior to Sept 9 Coach registration and online class waiver 2020-21

PRINT, SIGN and hand the following waivers to Coach Kristi on Wednesday Oct 7

Assumption of Risk Waiver (minors) for gymnasts/coaches

Assumption of Risk Waiver (adults) for coaches/parent volunteers

Declaration of compliance with facility (ALL - minors, adults, gymnasts, coaches, volunteers)

COVID online screening questionnaire

You will receive an email confirmation that your cheque and registration have been received and that the gymnast is registered.

Cancellation, missed classes and refunds

During the winter months, if school is cancelled, gymnastics classes will also be cancelled.

There are no make-up classes for days missed by participants.

There is a $20.00 administration fee for NSF cheques returned from the bank.
